Mohsen Alami
Mohsen Alami has over 20 years of experience supporting the industrial, private and public sector on various environmental engineering and management projects in North America, Latin America, Asia and in the Middle East. Mr. Alami’s experience encompasses extensive practical project and program management in the HSE arena.
Mohsen was the head of the Industrial Environment Section with the Royal Commission Environmental Control Department in Saudi Arabia and was responsible for the environmental management of Jubail Industrial City, the largest petrochemical complex in the world. Most recently, Mohsen has been Sr. HSE Consultant with Maaden Phosphate Company, a US$ 5.5 billion company producing phosphate fertilizers. Mohsen’s experience in the environmental field covers environmental planning, regulatory development and control, environmental impact assessment, environmental auditing, design and implementation of environmental management systems. He has worked on projects funded by the World Bank, USAID, CIDA, DANIDA and the German kfw.
In the health and safety areas, Mohsen’s experience cover health and safety management, safety training and auditing, incident reporting and investigation as well as development and implementation of Safety Management Systems.
