Incident Investigation – Root Cause Analysis is a 3-day workshop course introducing the key aspects of incident reporting and investigation selected by international oil companies. This course guides participants to uncover the source of your safety issues and to further examine and analyze data as a means of preventing injuries, property damage and financial losses though the introduction of new techniques, theories and case studies.
