ARM Associates team members have extensive Middle East, North American and international experience. The team members possess the following qualifications:

Advanced degrees in engineering or management with backgrounds in civil, mechanical, environmental, chemical, electrical engineering as well as health and safety.

Have extensive experience in the consulting, construction and industrial sector and worked as technical experts and managers for governmental, industrial and private companies;

Certified in health and safety (OSHA and NEBOSH);

Certified in ISO 9001, OSHAS 18001, ISO 50001, ISO 22000, and ISO 140001;

Extensive and diverse North American, European and international experience in a variety of projects;

Understand current laws, regulations andpolicies as well as international guidelines like the World Health Organization, OSHA, NEBOSH, World Banks and IFC;

Have extensive knowledge of local HSE standards and regulations and responsible for updating and enforcing them;

Certified in ISO 9001, OSHAS 18001, ISO 50001, ISO 22000, and ISO 140001;

Familiar with international donor agencies and development agencies like USAID, CIDA, European, UN organizations, and development banks;

Have extensive experience in the planning, development, implementation, coordination, management and monitoring of engineering, environmental, health and safety, GIS and developmental projects;

Have exceptional technical report writing, reporting, business development and marketing skills;

Strong management, organizational, research, quantitative, and interpersonal skills; and Proficient in applications and modeling software like Aermod, AutoCAD, GIS, and other applications effective in project implementation and management.
